  1. Bring one knee up to your chest and hold for 5 seconds while resting on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor.

 

  1. Return to the starting position and repeat with the other leg.

 

  1. Repeat ten times for each leg.



Sitting Rotation Stretch:

 

This exercise helps to stretch the muscles in your back, hips, and thighs.

 

  1. Sit on the floor with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor.

 

  1. Place your hands on your knees and rotate your upper body to the right as far as you can comfortably without moving your lower body.

 

  1. Hold for 5 seconds, then rotate to the left comfortably as far as you can.

 

  1. Repeat ten times.

 

Arm and Leg Raise:

 

This exercise helps stretch and strengthen your back and leg muscles.

 

  1. While lying on your stomach with your arms at your sides, raise your left leg right arm off the floor and hold for 5 seconds.

 

  1. Return to the starting position and repeat with your left arm and right leg.

 

  1. Repeat ten times for each side.

 

Prone Press Up:

 

This workout stretches and strengthens your back, shoulders, and arms muscles.

 

  1. While lying on your stomach with your hands at your sides, press up so that you are resting on your toes and forearms

 

  1. Hold for 5 seconds, then return to the starting position.

 

  1. Repeat ten times.
